it started when, on my behalf, i accidentally purchased a wrong caltrain monthly pass! .. so then i told the caltrain folks about it through telephoning... then the rep that i talked to started to say different stuff, and his only option is i have to get a new one! i was like come on!!! you guys made an insaaane increase (25 cents... but really it's more $5, from the usual $59 that i buy last year, to $66 nowww!! )... then you're suggesting that i don't refund?!?!? WTFFFFFFF.. ughhhh.....
i was kind of loosing my patience because he doesn't understand my standpoint!! i bet caltrain is totally corrupted, that's why the increase isn't exactly the 25 cents increase.... lmaooo... and that's why the rep totally wants my moneyyyyyyyy.. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.. i just wanna know where shall i refund my pass that's all.. and he's just totally flipping the situation!!...
can't do really right now, but i have to do something... so i would probably have to go to their office and exchange!!!.. or i can sue them, but it's just too expensive to sue them, or at least someone tell me how to start the judicial process for this, since they have the insubordination of increasing the fares, not in verbatim!!! UGHHHHHHHHH.. that can be a case really because i bet im not the only one who has this problem.... just wanna say..
